Responsibilities:   ·         Effectively manage data center facility maintenance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, direct and train operations team in a manner that achieves availability objectives of 99.999\% or better. Achievement of this level of availability requires effective management of personnel activities, thorough training, and a comprehensive knowledge of central plant systems and the specific redundancy features of the systems   ·         Manage data center projects involving customer equipment, capital improvements, and computerized preventive maintenance and repair system   ·         Respond on an as-needed basis to emergencies such as system failures, fire alarms, cooling system, etc.   ·         Manage facility engineer team personnel administration duties, including review, performance and disciplinary action   ·         Implement and enforce corporate safety, health and environmental policies, including activities of outside contractors, to insure no adverse effect on the operation of the facility   ·         Perform and supervise all required plant maintenance tasks, as well as produce all reports and documentation   ·         Conducts purchasing activities in a fiscally responsible manner   ·         Assists in development of capital improvement plans   ·         Assume facility management duties in the absence of Facility Manager and perform other duties as assigned  

Requirements
Requirements: ·         Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines ·         Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in facility maintenance, operations and management field ·         Registered Grade B0 Electrical Worker will be an advantage ·         Experience in working in a data centre and critical environments ·         Electrical and mechanical data center equipment experience is a plus ·         Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead multiple trade disciplines ·         Fault isolating, troubleshooting skills and composed under pressure or emergency situations   Working Knowledge of: ·         Electrical Power Distribution ·         Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) ·         Diesel Engine Emergency Power Plants ·         Motor Controls and Drives ·         Water cooled and cooling tower Systems ·         Chemical Water Treatment ·         Building Management Control Systems ·         Fire Detection and Protection Systems ·         HV electrical power Systems ·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
