Senior Customer Care Director, US IT Vendor (based in Hong Kong)

Job Responsibilities

Based in Hong Kong.

Our client is a leading and fast growing Cloud Solution vendor. Due to their expansion in Asia Pacific and in order to align with their global Customer Service strategies, they are now hiring a new Regional Customer Care Director to lead the team to strategize the best practice and service to support all their customers in the region. (Their customers are all Enterprise/Commercial, no FMCG business)

Strong 16-20+ years of Customer Service, Post-sales Support, Customer Care management experience.



Requirements

Based in Hong Kong.

Can consider Customer Service Management executive of all nationalities as long as the candidates can be based in Hong Kong.

Strong leadership experience covering Asia Pacific region (not just China or Greater China), must have experience covering other region outside of Greater China region.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Able to speak Chinese or other Asian language is good but not a must in this requirement.

University Graduate or equivalent.
