Job Responsibilities
Our client is an International Apparel Retailer with annual sales of over US$16 billion. The company owns multiple brands in Womens's Wear, Men's Wear and Children's Wear.
Due to their expansion in China, they are looking for a new Marketing Manager working at the corporate level to lead Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Retail marketing functions.
- Lead and drive Brand to plan, execute, and evaluate Brand’s online touch points (including Brand e-Com sites, 3rd party e-Com sites), social media and digital channels
- Build strong relationship with 3rd party e-commerce site partners and have thorough understanding of all available payment gateway
- Analyze digital & e-Commerce needs, provide detailed ROI analysis of programs, and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve future digital marketing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day relationship with digital agency partners and other marketing vendors to deliver on-time and on-budget customer services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in all-relevant aspects of digital technology and understand the ROI, cost implication and implementation before proposing a solution
- Interface/liaise with entire e-Commerce & marketing team and marketing partners, sharing insight and best practices
- Regularly report on and analyze e-Commerce KPI performance metrics and turn analysis into actionable recommendations and growth strategies for the team
- Develop and present regular competitive analysis and audits of e-Commerce best practices and convert analysis into ground breaking insights and new ideas for the team
- Analyze the e-Commerce business, as well as the competitive environment, to identify site experience improvements that will drive incremental business
- Manage functional and UX requirements for all customer online touch points with developers
- Conduct buying plan, pricing strategy and product curation in maximizing the best return for all online businesses.
- Plan and organization the optimal search engine optimization for all ecommerce and brand websites under Fung Retailing.
- Prepare roadmap and detail calendar for all retail promotion required for online businesses.
Requirements
Based in Shanghai (or willing to be relocated to Shanghai)
5 years+ in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce marketing management role
University Graduate or equivalent.
