Job Description

The client is in search of an energetic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead the Go-to-Market initiatives in Asia market. This position entails devising, executing, and refining regional marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, captivate our target demographic, and propel revenue growth within the country. The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker with profound knowledge of B2B technology across Asia and possesses the capability to influence and collaborate seamlessly across various teams and cultures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Market Planning: Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance pipeline development.

  • Campaign Coordination & Lead Generation: Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns for Singapore, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.

  • Collaborative Partner Marketing: Work alongside partner managers to create and execute joint marketing plans that foster mutual success.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise closely with sales teams, product groups, corporate marketing, and field marketing across the ASEAN region to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resourceful spending. Coordinate with alliance teams and partners to secure additional funding for marketing initiatives.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to refine future strategies.

  • Innovation & Trend Adoption: Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies. Implement cutting-edge marketing tactics to engage customers and drive growth.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop the field marketing team, offering support and guidance to meet objectives. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT, or Technology-related discipline

  • Extensive experience in a similar field marketing role within the B2B IT sector

  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth

  • Experience in a Fast-paced High-Tech and/or IT industry environment (candidates from other Non-Tech based sector will be considered as backup at this stage)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • On top of Singapore market, experience in the Asia or SEA market is advantageous

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills

  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution

  • Proficiency in team leadership and development

  • Competence in market research and analysis

  • Adeptness in budget management

  • Skilled in campaign management

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
