Position Summary: The HR Director is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Project Manager to join her team. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, standardizing HR processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to support the growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:Â Lead and manage internal HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Process Improvement:Â Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined, standardized, and automated solutions to enhance efficiency.
Change Management:Â Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth project implementation and adoption across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Â Work closely with HR team members, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Â Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, track project progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Compliance and Governance:Â Ensure all HR projects comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Employee Experience:Â Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR project management and Mult-tasking, successful project delivery.
Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Good to have hands-on experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
