Role Overview: As an HCM Solutions Architect, you will serve as a pivotal link between internal teams and external corporate clients. You will leverage your expertise in HR processes and HR software to design, implement, and optimize HR solutions that meet client needs while aligning with broader business goals. This role combines technical acumen with deep HR domain knowledge and requires close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Develop scalable, customized HR solutions that integrate seamlessly within the ERP ecosystem.
Conduct thorough assessments of client HR processes, identifying gaps and recommending system enhancements.
Ensure alignment between client requirements and ERP capabilities while balancing best practices.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with external corporate customers to understand their HR needs and challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR solution implementation and adoption.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Payroll, Learning, Security, Benefits, and analytics tools like Prism.
Address complex HR challenges through innovative, customer-centric solution designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Presales, and Project Managers, to ensure end-to-end project success.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements effectively.
Provide support during presales activities, such as RFP responses and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR solutions and product offerings.
Share insights with product development teams to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
B.Sc. in IT, Business, or a related field.
7 to 10+ years of experience in HR solutions design, ERP software, or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows in corporate environments.
Demonstrated expertise in ERP HR modules, including integration with other functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
Solid problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adaptability
