Job Description
Oversee the development, coordination, and execution of the company's marketing and communication strategies.
Ensure cohesive messaging across various platforms, including both print and digital media.
Craft and convey pivotal and strategic communications to reach designated market segments.
Produce materials for public relations, advertising campaigns, and promotional content.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Issue Promotional Content: Craft and distribute promotional content highlighting notable products, partnerships, and events within the FMCG sector.
Internal Communication: Provide relevant information about internal and external activities to various departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to enhance customer engagement.
Social Media Management: Handle consumer feedback and complaints on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Marketing Collaterals: Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials and Electronic Direct Mailers for various products and events, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all printed and digital marketing materials for the company and its products.
Digital Presence: Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with the latest promotions and product information.
Partnership Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with partners such as retailers and other corporations to review and establish contracts for joint promotional initiatives.
Media Monitoring: Conduct daily media monitoring across various channels, including websites, social media, print media, search engines, blogs, and magazines, to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
5 years or more in a similar marketing role. Ideally in the fast-paced FMCG industry (hiring manager can also consider Marketing professional from other industry who is with passion).
Possess Diploma or Degree qualification
Able to use standard marketing and digital marketing tools to promote and create some basic marketing materials
Hands on type
Flexible to work as an IC or lead a small team of people
