Our client is a trusted Solution Integrator in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market, delivering innovative technology solutions to empower businesses across industries. The S.I. specializes in integrating world-class US-brand Network Security solutions to safeguard their clients’ digital infrastructure. The hiring manager (Sales Director) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Singapore Product Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of their Network Security portfolio in Singapore, with potential expansion across SEA.


Job Overview

This Singapore Product Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and growth of the Network Security solutions (featuring leading US brands) in the Singapore market. This hybrid role combines Product/Solutions Sales and Product Marketing responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and elevate brand presence. The successful candidate will initially focus on Singapore, covering all clients and industries, while laying the groundwork for future regional opportunities.


Reports to: Sales Director, SEA


Key Responsibilities


Product/Solutions Sales (70-75%):  


  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for Network Security solutions across all industries in Singapore.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to craft tailored pitches, proposals, and solution demonstrations that address customer pain points.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Network Security products.

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends to position our solutions effectively.

  • Provide pre-sales technical insights and post-sales support in partnership with technical teams.



Product Marketing (20-25%):  

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Network Security solutions in Singapore, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Create compelling product messaging, presentations, and collateral to educate clients and internal teams on solution benefits.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to promote Network Security solutions.

  • Train and enable the Sales team with product knowledge, competitive differentiators, and objection-handling techniques.

  • Monitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, and market penetration to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • BA/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in either Solutions Sales or Product Marketing role, preferably in Network Security domain, but will also consider candidates with sales experience covering Cloud or typical Network Infrastructure/Server solutions

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Knowledge in Network Security solutions (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint security) and familiarity with US-based brands (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of the Singapore market and SEA region is a plus.

  • Fluency in English
