The client is an International manufacturer of Medical testing and measurement equipment company, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology and high-quality products.



Position Overview: The Supply Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of materials, production, and distribution processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire supply chain value stream, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.

  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO9001, ISO13485, and FDA regulations.

  • Lead and mentor a small and effective team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolescence while ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials.

  • Oversee the implementation of supply chain software and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus (NOT a must)

  • 10 to 15+ years of direct experience in end-to-end supply chain management. Good to have previous experience working in industrial or engineering type manufacturer environment

  • Certification in APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) and a practical process improvement mentality.

  • Strong knowledge of Quote to Order to Cash platforms and supply chain software.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical device manufacturing.
